Education

Storm's workshops are designed for stylists who want to deepen their technical skills while embracing a more mindful approach to hairdressing.

Combining science, creativity, and real-world salon experience, each session equips hairdressers with practical techniques and a deeper understanding of healthy, conscious hair care.

For over 20 years, Storm Lahiff has been dedicated to helping create beautiful hair without compromising our health, our clients health or the health of the planet.

Founding Rebel + the Gypsy Hair Studio, Storm built a brand around the belief that the hair industry and environmental responsibility can exist in harmony. After mentoring and training her team to carry that philosophy forward, she passed the business on, while continuing to champion those values through education.

Storm is passionate about sharing knowledge that extends beyond technique. She empowers hairdressers to understand hair integrity, make informed product choices, build meaningful client relationships, and create exceptional results through thoughtful, sustainable practices.

Throughout her career she has worked as a De Lorenzo Guest Artist, been a member of the De Lorenzo National Creative Team, and a stylist for the National GenNext team -headed by Sharon Blain & Paula Hibbard for Hair Expo.

Drawing on more than two decades of salon experience, Storm delivers education that is practical, inspiring, and immediately applicable behind the chair.

Her goal is to equip hairdressers with the confidence, knowledge, and awareness to create beautiful hair while making conscious choices for their clients, their health, and the environment.
