Hand sawn, then sanded. I have always loved the smell of timber, nostalgic, warm - home.

This piece was an off cut used as a timber spacer (normally considered rubbish timber). The timber was originally milled from naturally fallen radiata pine on our property.

Look at how beautifully it comes up with a bit of love. The smoothness showcasing the grain of the timber.

These will become the feature bases for a new artwork collection of small pieces.
